Plans & Credits

You get 2 credits to spend on a family-member portrait and a memory illustration.

There's no time limit. Your trial ends only when you've used your 2 credits.

Once you've spent your 2 trial credits, you can upgrade to a monthly plan to continue generating images.

Each plan gives you a fixed number of credits each month:

  • $9.99/mo → 20 credits
  • $19.99/mo → 45 credits
  • $29.99/mo → 70 credits

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • One-time credit packs live in a separate bucket and do roll over until spent.

You pay once and the credits are added to your account permanently. They don't expire.

  • $5.99 → 10 credits
  • $10.99 → 20 credits

Yes. We always draw from your subscription credits first, then from your one-time pack credits.

No. Credits from one-time packs remain available until you use them.

Go to Settings → Manage Subscription to add, update, or remove your payment details.

Subscriptions and one-time credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits do not qualify for refunds.

Usage & Limits

Yes! While the interface is currently in English, you can add and view memories in any language, using text or voice.

It depends on how many family members you tag:

  • 1-2 members → 1 credit
  • 3-4 members → 2 credits
  • 5-6 members (maximum) → 3 credits

Yes. Every generation or regeneration costs the same number of credits as the original.

Your credit balance is shown in Settings on a card at the top of the page.

Before you generate or regenerate, a prompt clearly states how many credits that action requires.

You can either buy a one-time credit pack or upgrade your subscription to keep going.

There's no limit. You can spend your credits on as many family-member portraits as you like.

There's no limit. Generate as many memories as your heart desires.

Yes. Click the share icon on any memory card to download it as an image or share it elsewhere.

Deleted memories are permanently removed. If you delete one by mistake, you'll need to recreate it.

The theme you choose during setup is permanent. To pick a new style, you must delete your account and sign up again with your preferred theme.

Account & Privacy

Because you sign in with Google or Apple, email changes aren't available in Settings. Email us at hello@usemomora.com, and we'll provide assistance.

Go to Settings → Manage Account, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete Account.

⚠️ Warning: This is permanent. Once confirmed, all your data is erased and cannot be restored.

We collect only what's needed to run Momora. Your name, email, and any info you add to your memories. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
